Eric Cuthbert – Founder and Director
Eric Cuthbert is the Founder and Director of My New Future CIC. He brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, creative design and business development, with publicly recorded company leadership dating back to 2002.
Earlier in his career, Eric worked with Entrust as a business consultant, supporting people who were starting and developing new businesses. This gave him valuable first-hand experience of the challenges entrepreneurs face when turning an idea into a practical and sustainable enterprise.
Eric later founded and operated his own creative design and marketing business in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a former five-star Business Link-approved supplier, he helped start-ups, small businesses and established organisations improve their visibility, communicate more effectively and develop practical ideas for growth. His work included marketing, branding, web design, promotional materials and wider business support.
Eric subsequently trained as a qualified hypnotherapist, developing a deeper understanding of motivation, confidence and the personal barriers that can prevent people from moving forward. He created 321Hypnotherapy.com to provide affordable hypnotherapy treatments, MP3 recordings, eBooks and practical self-help resources.
Now semi-retired, Eric brings this combination of business and personal-development experience to My New Future. He develops accessible tools and guidance to help charities, CICs, businesses and individuals save time, reduce stress and build more secure futures. His current work also includes writing and narrating practical guidance articles published through The Family Grapevine.
