My New Future CIC provides personalised digital plans and guidance reports generated specifically for each customer.

Because our paid plans are personalised digital content created immediately after purchase, the following refund terms apply.


Free Summary Before Purchase

Before any payment is required, users are provided with a free summary or preview of their plan. This allows customers to understand what they will receive before deciding to purchase the full personalised plan.

By choosing to purchase the full plan, you confirm that you understand the nature of the service being provided.


No Refunds After Personalised Plan Delivery Begins

Once payment is made and generation of your personalised plan has started, refunds are not normally available.

This is because:

  • the product is personalised

  • it is created specifically for you

  • delivery begins immediately

  • it cannot be returned or resold

  • a free preview is provided before purchase

By purchasing, you agree that delivery begins immediately and that you lose any standard cancellation rights that would otherwise apply to digital content.


Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Given

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following cases:

  • duplicate payments

  • technical system failure

  • payment taken but plan not delivered

  • major service malfunction

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.


Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
