Eric Cuthbert – Founder and Director

Eric Cuthbert is the Founder and Director of the Community Interest Company behind MyNewFuture.org and its partner platforms. He brings over four decades of business experience, having worked with charities, start-ups, SMEs, and international organisations throughout his career in sales, marketing, and business development.

Eric previously operated his own creative design and marketing business, where he helped organisations improve their visibility, communicate their message effectively, and achieve sustainable growth. His work included supporting new enterprises at the earliest stages, as well as advising established organisations on strategy, outreach, and long-term development. This experience provided him with a strong understanding of both the challenges and opportunities faced by individuals and organisations.

Later in his career, Eric developed a strong interest in the subconscious mind and human behaviour, leading him to train as a hypnotherapist. This knowledge deepened his understanding of motivation, confidence, and the barriers that can prevent people from moving forward in life. He now applies this insight to help individuals regain direction, clarity, and self-belief.

Now semi-retired, Eric dedicates his time to supporting charities, CICs, and individuals seeking a fresh start. His work focuses on developing practical, accessible guidance platforms designed to help people build income, improve stability, and move forward with confidence toward a more secure future.
